Exchange & Refund Policy

At Krutik, each painting is made with heart and soul, and we ensure the highest quality. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

  • The product is completely different from what was shown in the image on our website.

If your product matches the above criteria, please notify us with clear images and order details within the return period.

 

2. Return/Exchange Window

  • India: Within 7 days of delivery.

  • International Orders: Within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, size issues (as sizes are mentioned clearly), or slight color variations due to screen display differences.

 

3. Return Process

  • Email us at officialkrutik@gmail.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos.

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item back.
