All paintings are shipped unframed and securely rolled in durable protective tubes to ensure safe, crease-free delivery to your doorstep. Whether it’s archival paper or canvas texture, we take extra care in packaging so your artwork arrives in perfect condition, ready to frame or mount as you wish.

At Krutik, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Here are the details regarding our shipping policy:

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
• Global Delivery: We proudly ship to over 120 countries worldwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
• Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

At Krutik by Santya, every artwork is carefully created, packed, and shipped. Since our products are fragile and mostly made-to-order, we follow a replacement-first policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are initiated only in the following cases:

1. You receive a wrong product (different artwork or size than ordered), or
2. You do not receive the product at all, and

• No delivery is completed
• No valid tracking confirmation is available
• The shipment is officially declared lost by the courier
  
  Refunds are processed only after verification.

2. Damage During Transit

If the artwork or frame is damaged during transit:

1. ✅ Replacement only (no refunds)
2. Replacement may include:

• A new frame, or
• A reprinted artwork (depending on the damage)
  
  Once the product is delivered, refunds are not applicable for transit-related damage.

3. Reporting Damage (Mandatory)

To be eligible for a replacement:

1. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
   
2. Request must be sent only via email

• Damaged product
• Outer packaging
  

Requests after 7 days or through any other channel will not be considered.

4. Exchange Requests

• Exchanges are allowed only in case of transit damage
  
• Same email-only reporting process applies
  
• All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval

5. Delivery & Tracking

• Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner
  
• Delays due to logistics, customs, festivals, or customer unavailability are not grounds for refund
  
• Once a parcel is delivered or collected, it is considered successfully fulfilled

6. Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

• Transit damage where replacement is offered
  
• Delays after dispatch
  
• Change of mind after delivery
  
• Requests via WhatsApp, calls, or social media
  
• Requests raised after the 7-day reporting window
